Is my product bespoke?

Certainly is. Due to the nature of our work, we very rarely have more than one of each table.

So once its gone its gone!!

Can you design a bespoke table for me?

Yep. We have many customers who have a certain design in mind to which we manufacture a bespoke table. From the type/colour/thickness of stone down to the shape, design of the base, we can create a unique piece of furniture for you!

How should I clean my table?

We have teamed up with Lithofin who have an array of specialised cleaning products to help protect and maintain your stone. Take a look here for the best and latest products.

When will my table be delivered?

Once an order has been placed, one of the team will be in contact soon afterwards to discuss a delivery date.

Delivery is usually within 10-20 working days.

A delivery is an estimation, it tends to be quicker than stated above, however in some cases it may be longer. If this is the case you will be informed at the earliest availability from one of our team.

Will my table be installed?

Yes. As long as someone is in at the delivery address and knows the position in which the table is going, we will install and assemble it for you; this is part of our excellent service we pride ourselves on.

Is my table detachable?

All of our tables come in a number of pieces, generally table top, legs and plinth depending on your table.

When delivered, the table will be assembled by ourselves unless stated otherwise.

Can I return my table?

If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, then please contact us to discuss a refund and collection of the furniture.

We offer a full 7 day guarantee, if it meets our requirements below:

  • Contact been made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Goods are not damaged or any signs of misuse

In the case of a return, the total amount paid will be refunded however there will be a £50 – £150 collection charge (based on location).

We will aim to collect the goods within 10 working days. Once the goods have been collected and returned to the warehouse, they will be inspected and the refund amount will be finalised. At this point one of the team will be in contact via phone or email to confirm the refund amount.
